The Arizona Inferno Soccer Club is heating up the North Valley with the success of their soccer club. Founder Scott Arsenault formed the club back in 2006 with a growing demand for a strong outdoor, competitive soccer program. The former President of the Arizona Sports Complex, located off of Pinnacle Peak Road, merged with Edson Rico and Mate Kozul in 2007 to expand the club's ability to meet a demand in other parts of the North Valley. The program is committed to the mental and physical growth of players in soccer and all areas of their lives. The camp levels range from 7 - 18 years of age. "We have a home for every child. We never turn anyone away," Arsenault reiterated that all kids are welcome in their soccer club. The entire coaching staff is certified and all of them have many years of soccer experience. The Directors of Coaching, Rico and Kozul have both played professionally. Mate Kozul played in Croatia and Belgium and is Co-Head Coach for the upcoming 08'-09' soccer season at Paradise Valley Community College, who will be joined by Edson, who also played professionally in Belgium. "The quality of our staff separates us from other organizations," Rico explains that the successful program is because all of their coaches and volunteer staff all have years of soccer training and experience. (6 professional soccer players and 7 others made up of collegiate players and coaches). The AISC is founded on the principle of challenging children and adults of all ages to be the very best, capturing the fun of the game and building the skills and self-confidence in each player. The summer clinics are now in session but they are preparing for the upcoming soccer league that begins soon. So parents, if your children love soccer now, then give them the chance to join a successful and fun soccer club over the summer!
